The service

MindMarket is an AI-curated marketplace that discovers and recommends products across the web and links you to third-party sellers. Purchases are completed on the seller’s own site, subject to their terms and policies. We are not the seller of record for those products.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse, scrape, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Post reviews or content that are false, unlawful, or infringing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

Reviews & content

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews), but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Affiliate disclosure

We may earn a commission when you purchase through links on the platform. This does not affect the price you pay.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindMarket is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for products, pricing, or fulfillment by third-party sellers.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
